Decision-Making Matrix Form
In her instructional and assistive article found in October 2018’s issue of School Nutrition magazine, JoAnne Robinett, MSA, SNS, creates “The Ultimate Decision-Making Checklist,” offering suggestions to help readers limit waffling, waning and indecisive tendencies in order to lead a more efficient lifestyle. Robinett, owner of America’s Meal, which provides training and consulting services in school nutrition, also suggests using a Decision-Making Matrix to make the process easier, such as the one pictured below (courtesy of http://www.stevezuieback.com/blog).
Consider using this example, one of the other linked resources provided here or creating your own Decision-Making Matrix when faced with decisions both big and small. Feel free to send your examples (and accompanying stories of your new, indecision-free life) to SN at snmagazine@schoolnutrition.org.
