SNF Equipment Grants
SNF Equipment Grants help school nutrition professionals strengthen their meal programs by funding equipment, services and tools that improve kitchen operations, increase efficiency, and support the delivery of healthy meals to students. These grants help create lasting improvements that benefit both school nutrition teams and the students they serve.

To qualify for an SNF Equipment Grant:
- Applicants must be an active director-level member of the School Nutrition Association (SNA).
- For questions regarding SNA membership, please call (703) 824-3000.
- Eligible applicants must be a member of SNA for a full year.
- Applications must represent the entire school district’s equipment needs.
- Applicants must be fully equipped to receive and install awarded equipment in awarded year.
- Applications will be reviewed for need, plan to integrate new equipment and impact of new equipment on school nutrition program.
- If you are selected as a finalist, you will be asked to create a 2- to 3-minute video. SNF staff will send you directions for the video application process if you are chosen to move on to the next round of judging.

2026 Equipment Grant Winners
The School Nutrition Foundation (SNF) teamed up with industry partners to award new kitchen equipment to more than 50 deserving school districts in 2026:

Recipient of the AmTab K-12 Social Media Marketing Grant worth up to $83,000

Recipient of the Vulcan Equipment Grant worth up to $50,000

Recipient of the Alto-Sham Equipment Grant valued at $9,000
Innoseal Set-up Kits, each containing two Innoseal Professional Sealers and a case of 28-pack multi-color refills were awarded to 50 grant recipients. The recipients of the Innoseal Grant can be found here.
