Stephanie Dillard, MS, SNS

Stephanie Dillard has more than 27 years of school nutrition experience and, as Child Nutrition Director, she oversees the foodservice operations for Enterprise City Schools, Ala., with an enrollment of 6,600 students. She has served as the Secretary/Treasurer, At-Large Director and Public Policy & Legislative Committee Southeast Representative for SNA, as well as serving on the Association’s Finance Committee and Nutrition & Research Committee. She has also held several positions for the Alabama School Nutrition Association (ASNA), including President, President-Elect, Vice President, Public Policy and Legislative Chair, Membership Chair and ASNA Conference Chair. She was the 2013-14 SNA Director of the Year.

Areas of Business Responsible For: Staffing, finance and operations.

What Do You Bring to the Role: Determination, discipline and dependability are a few of the qualities I bring with me. As a school nutrition director, you face many challenges on a daily basis, and you have to remain disciplined and focused to achieve the goals that are set for our programs.

Education: Faulkner University (M.S. in Business Management), Auburn University (B.S. in Nutrition & Food Science), Enterprise State Community College (ASA).

What You Do in Your Free Time: I love to travel, scrapbook and read.
