Carole Erb

Carole Erb serves as the Executive Director of Education and Governmental Sales for J.T.M. Food Group. Since joining the company in 2004, she has developed a deep passion for the K–12 school nutrition segment. Erb has actively supported School Nutrition Association members through her service on the School Nutrition Foundation Board of Directors and was honored as the 2023 School Nutrition Association Industry Member of the Year. She also serves as Processing Committee Co-Chair for the American Commodity Distribution Association (ACDA), where she enjoys collaborating with the many stakeholders committed to feeding America’s children.

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Erb holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from Xavier University. She is also a dedicated member of Toastmasters International and has earned the organization’s prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation.

Areas of Responsibility

Erb oversees the Customer Service, Bid and Commodity teams at J.T.M. Food Group. She also works closely with the Sales, Marketing and Culinary teams to ensure alignment and excellence across departments.

What She Brings to the Role

Erb brings a career rooted in sales and extensive experience in team building, coaching and results-driven leadership. Her approach is grounded in active listening and a genuine desire to learn from others. She is passionate about serving School Nutrition Association members with enthusiasm and a steadfast focus on the Association’s mission.
