Carole Erb

Carole Erb is the Executive Director of Education and Governmental Sales for J.T.M. Food Group. Having joined J.T.M. in 2004, she quickly developed a passion for the K12 segment. Carole previously served SNA members through her work on the board of the School Nutrition Foundation and was awarded recognition as the Industry Member of the Year during ANC 2023. In addition to her support of SNA, Carole is the Processing Committee Co-Chair of the American Commodity Distribution Association (ACDA.) She enjoys working with USDA Foods and the many stakeholders feeding America’s children.
A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, she is a graduate of Xavier University with a BSBA degree in Marketing. Carole is a member of Toastmasters International and has earned the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award.

What areas of the business are responsible for?

I am responsible for our Customer Service, Bid and Commodity teams and work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Culinary teams.

What do you bring to the role? 
Since graduating from college, I have been involved in a sales position delivering desired results to my company. I bring to this role my experiences in sales of team building, coaching and an intense desire to learn from others through listening and understanding. My passion is to enthusiastically serve our members while staying focused on our mission.

What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy reading, walking, mentoring fellow Toastmasters, and volunteering in several organizations. I love spending time with family!
