Carole Erb

Carole Erb serves as the Executive Director of Education and Governmental Sales for J.T.M. Food Group. Since joining the company in 2004, she has developed a deep passion for the K–12 segment of school nutrition. Carole has actively supported School Nutrition Association (SNA) members through her service on the board of the School Nutrition Foundation and was honored as Industry Member of the Year at ANC 2023. She also serves as the Processing Committee Co-Chair for the American Commodity Distribution Association (ACDA), where she enjoys collaborating with USDA Foods and the many stakeholders committed to feeding America’s children.

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Carole holds a BSBA in Marketing from Xavier University. She is a dedicated member of Toastmasters International and has earned the prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award.

Areas of Responsibility: Carole oversees the Customer Service, Bid, and Commodity teams at J.T.M. Food Group. She also works closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Culinary teams to ensure alignment and excellence across departments.

What She Brings to the Rol.e With a career rooted in sales since college, Carole brings a wealth of experience in team building, coaching, and results-driven leadership. Her approach is grounded in a strong desire to learn from others through active listening and understanding. She is passionate about serving SNA members with enthusiasm and a clear focus on the organization’s mission.
