The application period for the School Nutrition Foundation’s 2023 Equipment Grants is now open. You can apply for up to five grants, including our flagship Winston Foodservice grant as well as the ITW Food Equipment Group/Vulcan and Hobart Brands grants, Food Warming Equipment (FWE) grant and the Collection Equipment Grant.
Visit the SNF website for information on eligibility and to access the five individual links to applications. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2023, and each grant will be capped at 30 applications.
SNF and Winston Foodservice have teamed up for more a decade to help school nutrition professionals address equipment needs to better serve students. This grant will award one school district up to 10 pieces of equipment valued up to $100,000 from Winston Foodservice.
The ITW Food Equipment Group/Vulcan and Hobart Brands grants consist of:
- Vulcan Equipment Grant: up to $50,000 worth of Vulcan equipment
- Hobart Equipment Grant: up to $35,000 worth of Hobart Equipment
The Food Warming Equipment (FWE) grant will award the winning school district with multiple pieces of equipment worth up to $25,000.
The Collection Equipment Grant is awarded by sponsors Cambro, Innoseal Systems, Inc., Sterling Manufacturing and Sterno Delivery. These sponsors have agreed to work together to improve the lives of students and school nutrition professionals with new equipment.
