Why Participate?
Encouraging others to join our community opens multiple doors to meaningful connections with school nutrition professionals and mission-driven individuals. It provides a unique opportunity to expand your network, share ideas and collaborate with fellow professionals committed to making a difference, one meal at a time.
How Can I Contribute?
It’s easy! Simply recruit at least one new SNA member during any calendar month from October 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027.
Recruit one new member between October and May to earn an entry into our monthly $25 gift card drawing. Plus, in November and May, you can nominate a colleague for a free SNA membership through the Pay It Forward Drawing.
Make an Impact and Pay It Forward
Know a school nutrition professional who could benefit from the resources, connections, and support of SNA membership? Don’t keep the opportunity to yourself. Invite them to join SNA or nominate them for the Pay It Forward Drawing and help them take the next step in their professional journey.
From November 3–23, 2026 and May 3–24, 2027, current SNA members can nominate a peer to receive a free one-year membership through the Pay It Forward drawing. This is a simple yet meaningful way to recognize someone and help them gain access to the professional development, resources, and community that comes with SNA membership. Winners are selected at random, helping to expand opportunities across the school nutrition field.

Don’t Forget!
Be sure that the new member you recruit enters your name as the Referrer when joining SNA using the member portal. The new member must list you as the Referrer in order for it to count toward the monthly campaign prize drawing.
