- Describe use of personal protection equipment in the era of COVID-19, including face coverings and face shields.
- Identify employee health screenings and prepare for illness among employees.
- Review safe handling of Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) Foods.
- Define cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting non-food and food contact surfaces.
