About the Executive Committee

What is the Executive Committee?

The Executive Committee assists the Board of Directors by addressing time-sensitive matters that arise between official Board meetings. In such cases, the Executive Committee has the authority of the Board, provided its actions do not alter or conflict with established Board policies.

The Executive Committee also carries out tasks referred to it by the Board and ensures that all actions taken are reported to the full Board at the next scheduled meeting.

NOTE: Executive Committee members are all members of the Board of Directors. There are no appointment openings on this committee.
