SNF and No Kid Hungry host the 2023 Supply Chain Summit
On October 18, in Alexandria, VA, the School Nutrition Foundation (SNF) and No Kid Hungry hosted a Supply Chain Summit. The Summit culminated key insights and innovations in a series of listening sessions with school nutrition operators, distributors, and state agency professionals.
During the Summit, panelists discussed systematic supply chain challenges, resetting the narrative around the K-12 supply chain, and re-envisioning the future of school nutrition procurement and distribution. Participants also actively participated in designing innovative solutions to address the challenges identified.
A comprehensive event report and educational sessions were developed from the Summit to highlight the discussed themes and potential solutions to ongoing systemic challenges facing the school nutrition network.
