Delivering Nutrition to Students in a New Way
Shelf stable milk is the standard dairy milk we already know and love, with the same nutrition and no added preservatives.  This seminar will focus on educating the audience about what shelf stable dairy milk is, how it is processed and how it is possible for dairy milk to be stored without refrigeration and have an increased shelf life. We will cover part two of this discussion during our July seminar, when we focus on the benefits and cost savings that can be achieved through making the switch to shelf stable milk for schools.
