2025-26 SNA Position Paper and Trends Survey Complete Sweepstakes Rules

The promotion for two (2) individuals to win one (1) free registration to SNA’s 2026 Legislative Action Conference (LAC26) will last from Wednesday, October 1^st through Friday, October 31^st, 2025.

How to Enter

SNA members who are employed by a school district or school nutrition program and complete either the SY 2025-26 Position Paper Survey (non-directors) – which only includes the member category, state, and Position Paper question – or the SY 2025-26 Position Paper and Trends Survey (Directors/Supervisors) will be automatically entered into a randomized drawing to win one (1) free registration to LAC26. There is no separate entry form for the drawing. No responsibility is assumed by SNA, and entrants waive all claims for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries or for any problems of technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any internet service provider or any combination thereof including without limitation any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer, smartphone, or tablet resulting from participation in this promotion.

Prizes

Two (2) individuals will each win (1) free LAC26 registration. United States federal, state & local taxes and any other applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer or prizes permitted. No purchase necessary.

Prize Drawing

The winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about December 1^ST, 2025. Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of drawing date. A prize winner may choose to decline the prize upon notification if he/she so wishes. If SNA is unable to contact the potential winner by email or if any potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 14 days of issuance of notification, or if any winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, an alternate winner shall be selected through another random drawing. If, in SNA’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non- electronic tampering with any portion of the contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, SNA reserves the right to terminate the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award ANC registration using all currently eligible entries received as of the termination date. Should the promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on SNA social media (Facebook and Twitter).

Eligibility

This promotion is open to SNA members, age 18 years or older, U.S. residents only, who are school nutrition professionals or employees employed by a school district or school nutrition operation, who complete either the SY 2025-26 Position Paper Survey (non-director) – which only includes the member category, state, and Position Paper question – or the SY 2025-26 Position Paper and Trends Survey (Directors/Supervisors). The promotion is not open to 2024- 25 SNA national board members, 2025-26 SNA national board members, 2024-25 or 2025-26 SNA national standing committee members, SNA 2024-25 and 2025-26 national strategic committee members, those employed by the same school district or school nutrition operation as a 2024-25 or 2025-26 SNA national board members, or employees of SNA or immediate family members. By entering, participants without limitation, release and hold harmless SNA and its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any find in connection with this contest or acceptance and use of a prize won. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary.

Winner list

The names of winners will be available by December 19, 2025 after the winner has been officially notified.
