Ingredients

Pizza Crust:
2 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
3/4 cup warm water

White Cheese Sauce:
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 gloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Pizza Toppings:
16 oz. Philly beef steak, frozen*
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. onion, julienne
8 oz. green bell pepper, julienne
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

Pizza Crust:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet. If too wet, add extra flour a tablespoon at a time.
  2. Roll into a ball and place in an oiled bowl. Leave at room temperature until doubled in size.
  3. Flour surface of table and roll out to fit into two pizza pans.

White Sauce:

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and continue to whisk for 1-2 minutes (Do not let brown).
  2. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until smooth, thick and bubbly.
  3. Whisk in salt, black pepper, red pepper and minced garlic.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk for another 30 seconds. Remove from heat and continue whisking just until cheese is melted, and the sauce is smooth. Do not boil after adding cheese or the sauce may curdle.

Pizza Toppings:

  1. Thaw sliced Philly beef steaks about 1-2 days ahead of time in refrigerator.
  2. In large bowl, add sliced veggies, thawed beef and all seasonings and mix together thoroughly.
  3. Divide evenly over the two pizzas then top each pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
  5. Cut each pizza into 8 slices and serve 2 pieces each.
