Ingredients

70 oz. whole-grain elbow macaroni, uncooked
106 oz. white cheese sauce*
26 oz. canned diced jalapeño peppers, drained
8 oz. water
2 tsp. garlic powder
11 1/2 oz. cooked turkey bacon, diced
3 oz. green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni to al dente according to manufacturer’s instruction. Drain.
  2. Combine white cheese sauce, jalapeños, water and garlic powder in large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add macaroni, turkey bacon and green onions to sauce mixture; toss to combine. Cover pasta until ready to portion. Refrigerate immediately.
  4. To serve, portion two #6 scoops salad into desired container. Best if consumed within 24 hours of preparation. Cook and serve the same day.
