SNA publishes 2022 Research Agenda 2022-03-15 SNA’s Research Agenda has been updated to include emergency preparedness and feeding strategies as well as to address supply chain issues that are affecting school nutrition programs. Through the research agenda SNA hopes to sensitize school nutrition researchers to conduct research on the issues most impacting school nutrition for the foreseeable future. The research agenda spells out five key areas and presents strategies for researching aspects of each key area. The five key areas include: Meal participation Emergency preparedness & feeding strategies Rural districts Mentorship & staff development Values & outcomes of school nutrition programs In order to synthesize current research on this topic, The Journal of Child Nutrition& Management will track articles by key area topic.
