Did you eat school lunch as a child? What was your favorite school meal from your childhood?
Yes, I did! Breakfast was always my favorite. I especially loved the sausage biscuit paired with chocolate milk my Pre-K teacher still teases me about how much I adored it. I attended a small private school where we pre-ordered our meals, and I always looked forward to circling my choices on the menu at home. By middle school, I became more of a picky eater, so I started bringing my lunch from home.

Greek cuisine is at the top of my list! I can’t get enough of the fresh flavors—cucumbers, tomatoes, hummus, feta, olives and warm pita bread are pure bliss.

A mentor once told me, “Everyone is replaceable—including myself.” It’s a humbling reminder to stay grounded and grateful.
If a genie granted you three wishes, what would you use them for?
I’d go for a mix of selfish and selfless wishes! On the selfish side, I’d wish for no wrinkles, no debt and no worries—it’s the dream trifecta, right? On a more selfless note, I’d wish to eradicate cancer, achieve global peace and ensure happiness for everyone I love.
Is there a food you hated as a child but have come to love as an adult?
Vegetables—every single one of them! As a kid, I avoided them at all costs. I even remember falling asleep at the dinner table once because my mom wouldn’t let me leave until I ate my vegetables. Now, they’re a staple in almost every meal I make.

An attorney. It’s the smartest first step!

My Peloton—it’s my favorite way to stay active and clear my mind.
