The SNIC27 Call for Proposals — Now Open!

If you plan to attend SNIC27 in Tampa, FL, we invite you to share your expertise and innovative ideas with attendees.

Deadline: August 14, 2026

Before submitting, please review the SNIC27 Preferred Topics List and fill out a SNIC27 Speaker Packet to include in your proposal(s)."

Session Types

Education Sessions (45–60 minutes)
Designed for directors, supervisors, and school nutrition specialists. Industry attendees are welcome to attend.

Sessions are typically 45 minutes but may extend to 60 minutes.
Industry-led sessions should include at least one operator speaker to highlight real-world application.

Preconference Workshops (Up to 2 hours)
Held on Sunday, January 10, before the conference begins. Registration is separate.

Most workshops are 2 hours, but flexible timing is allowed.
Offsite workshops are encouraged—please include:
- Location and address
- Travel time considerations

Industry Education Sessions (60 minutes)
Exclusively for industry attendees.

Held in the general session room
May include panels, Q&A, or presentations
Should deliver practical, forward-thinking insights

Speaker Guidelines

Speakers must be available on the date assigned by SNA.
SNA membership is not required, but all speakers must register if selected.
Complimentary registration is provided for the day of your session only (non-transferable).
Speakers attending the full conference receive:
- $150 discount
- Early bird pricing
- Early access to registration and housing

Please note:

SNA does not cover travel expenses or speaker fees.
Speakers are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
Sessions may not be used for sales or promotion of products or services.
