This industry panel will discuss a new USDA initiative to help drive non-value-added-costs down, with a focus on forecasting, long-term contracting and reporting in a very transparent system. With these tools, you will learn how to support foodservice directors all over the country and ensure their entitlement dollars don’t go to waste. All members of industry, beyond those that process commodities, are encouraged to attend. These changes will impact the entirety of our partners’ programs.
