REGULAR RATE—RR (RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE 12/10/18)
ONSITE RATE—OS (RECEIVED AFTER 12/10/18)

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Full Registration includes:
Access to all general and educational sessions, Innovation Solution Sessions (FS members only), Industry Education Sessions (Industry members only), Welcome Event, Networking Lunch, and Networking Lunch with Tabletop Showcase. Confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you registered others, each individual will receive his/her own confirmation. If you registered by mail, please allow three weeks for processing.

Refunds/Cancellations
We’d hate for you to miss the conference, but if you must, cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing by December 10, 2018. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after December 10, 2018 or for NO-SHOWS. Requests may be submitted via email to meetings@schoolnutrition.org or faxed to (301) 686-3115.

Transfers
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual within the same organization, provided advance written notice is forwarded to meetings@schoolnutrition.org, faxed to (301) 686-3115, or mailed to Cedrick Hardnett, SNA, 120 Waterfront Street, Suite 300, National Harbor, MD 20745. Please provide your name and the individual’s name to whom you are transferring your registration. All transfers must be received by December 10, 2018.
