School Nutrition Specialist (SNS) Credentialing Preparation Course – New Pilot Course!

Thinking about taking the SNS exam or do you simply want to learn more about different content areas in school nutrition? Join us for this exciting pilot program and seize the opportunity to provide your valuable insights and feedback before the official launch of this program to the rest of the school nutrition community. The course will be taught by subject matter experts and is based on the SNS Exam Study Guide. Please note that seating is limited. (Lunch included).

Please note that the March 2017 edition of the SNS Study Guide is required for the course. If you do not have the Study Guide, you will need to purchase it as part of your registration for the course and it will be provided to you at the beginning of the session.

Please note that taking the SNS Study Course will not guarantee passing the exam and does not include content from the actual SNS Exam. Rather, it will direct you to resources and concepts that will help you prepare for the exam. Expect to do much more studying and preparation on your own, following the Study Course.

The SNS Study Course is independent of the School Nutrition Specialist (SNS) Credentialing program. The SNS program is governed by the Certificate and Credentialing Governing council, an autonomous arm of the School Nutrition Association. Governing Council members and SNA Credentialing Program Staff are not involved in the development of any preparatory resource and no preparatory resource is endorsed by the Governing Council nor is it a prerequisite to earn the SNS. The Governing Council and SNA Credentialing Program Staff are solely responsible for the policies and administration of SNA’s Credentialing Program, including application deadlines and qualification requirements.
