CANCELLED—National Leadership Conference The CDC has recommended that all events with over 50+ attendees in the next 8 weeks be cancelled to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Because of this recent development, the National Leadership Conference (NLC) scheduled to be held in Tempe, AZ on April 30- May 2, 2020 has been cancelled. The safety and health of our attendees always comes first. Plans are underway to convert key training sessions at NLC to a virtual format. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we made this difficult decision. The National Leadership Conference (NLC) provides current and future state and national leaders the opportunity to learn critical information about successfully leading a nonprofit association, to network with other leaders from across the country, and to gain new skills to become a more effective and engaging leader.SNA encourages state affiliates to send incoming Presidents, Presidents-Elect, and Vice-Presidents for the 2020-21 term, along with State Association Executives, to this event.
