You may register online, mail or fax your registration form. Please DO NOT use more than one method or you will be charged for multiple registrations.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Full Registration includes:
Access to all general and educational sessions, luncheons, and the Industry Exchange (Industry only; boxed lunch not included). Confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you registered others, each individual will receive their own confirmation. If registered by mail, please allow three weeks for processing.

Pre-Conference Session:
Serving Students When the Lights Go Out: How to Prepare your Program for a Disaster, 1:00-4:00pm, $120

Brad Fitch is the President and CEO of the Congressional Management Foundation, an organization that works with both citizens groups and Members of Congress to promote transparency, accountability and a strong dialogue between elected officials and their constituents. During this pre-conference session, Brad will help you navigate the tricky process of building a relationship with elected officials, give you over a dozen tools for influencing public policy and teach you how to craft your personal and professional stories into a compelling public policy advocacy campaign. You’ll leave this three-hour boot camp with the expertise to set up an effective advocacy network in your state and bring your concerns to your elected officials from statehouses to the U.S. Congress.

Attending Has Its Rewards!
SNA CEUs are aligned with USDA Professional Standards’ required annual training. Attendees will earn CEUs for training sessions at LAC that count towards SNA’s Certificate Program, the SNS Credential renewal and USDA Professional Standards. An electronic tracking grid will be available to help attendees track their training.

Refunds/Cancellations
We’d hate for you to miss the conference, but if you must, cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing by January 31, 2020. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after January 31, 2020, or for NO SHOWS. Requests may be submitted via email to meetings@schoolnutrition.org, faxed to (703) 824-3015 or mailed to Markita Bullock, SNA, 2900 S. Quincy Street, Suite 700, Arlington, VA 22206.

Transfers
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual within the same organization, provided advance written notice is forwarded to meetings@schoolnutrition.org, faxed to (703) 824-3015, or mailed to Markita Bullock, SNA, 2900 S. Quincy Street, Suite 700, Arlington, VA 22206. Please provide your name and the individual’s name to whom you are transferring your registration. All transfers must be received by January 31, 2020, and will not be accepted onsite.
