SNA's Industry Boot Camp

Industry Boot Camp is an intense educational seminar designed to help industry representatives new to school nutrition and seasoned veterans, who want to brush up, or understand the ins and outs of the school nutrition segment. The sessions include interactive activities, on-site school visits, USDA updates, and an exclusive director panel with the opportunity to ask your own questions!

Spring 2018 Industry Boot Camp Testimonial
“This event is great for those who are looking to break into the K-12 foodservice business, both from the production side and the sales side. We’re able to better understand the government agencies and regulations involved as well as learning how foodservice directors think and make their decisions based on what they already know. In other words, you learn to think like them so you can sell to them. Very insightful.”

Spring 2018 Industry Boot Camp Testimonial
“SNA Boot Camp was really an enlightening experience for me. The K-12 channel is complex and constantly changing. However, Boot Camp did a great job of highlighting the topline trends, challenges and opportunities, as well as incorporating leading industry directors into our discussions. Highlights included visiting a local school to see the hands-on operations during lunch, and listening in on a director’s panel. What comes across clearly from everyone involved in this channel from the school directors, the USDA contacts and the SNA team, is the passion and commitment to trying to figure out how to serve the kids. Boot Camp provided a solid foundation for me in this channel, as well as information for me to share with my internal teams to educate them on how the channel operates”
