Healthy and effective teams support increased job satisfaction, productivity, innovation, and problem solving. During this session, participants will explore the five elements of effect teams: impact, meaning, structure & clarity, mutual trust, and psychological safety. Through an interactive session, participants will practice engaging their staff in team building activities and learn from each other how impactful it is to feel connected to team members.
