Important Notice: The Call for Proposals (CFP) is specifically for educational sessions at each conference. Please note that keynotes and sponsored sessions are not eligible for submission through the CFP, except for the NLC CFP, which does accept keynote proposals.
Additionally, the School Nutrition Association (SNA) does not cover speaker fees or travel expenses for pre-conference or educational session speakers. All speakers are responsible for making their own travel and housing arrangements.

National Leadership Conference 2026
Call for Proposals: NLC26 Now Open!
The National Leadership Conference (NLC) is designed to help prepare SNA’s current and incoming state affiliate leaders for the future. As a presenter, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with more than 250 state and national leaders, making your voice heard in a critical leadership development setting.
Submit your proposal by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET for the chance to be part of this impactful conference. Learn more about the NLC26 here.

Legislative Action Conference 2026
The Legislative Action Conference (LAC) is one of the most anticipated events hosted by the School Nutrition Association. It provides a unique opportunity to engage with the legislative process and explore the key challenges and opportunities facing school nutrition professionals and industry partners.

The School Nutrition Industry Conference (SNIC) offers a unique opportunity to discover new strategies and solutions to meet the evolving demands of the school foodservice business. The Call for Proposals for ANC26 closed on November 11th. The ANC27 CFP is scheduled to open in mid-September 2026 and close in early November 2026
