More than 6,000 school nutrition professionals from across the country will gather in Charlotte from July 12-14 to preview new products and healthy menu options for their school cafeterias, share best practices and find solutions to financial and operational challenges. The conference comes as school meal programs prepare for forthcoming rules to align federal nutrition standards with the new Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
ANC features exhibit booths from nearly 350 companies and partner organizations, 130+ education sessions, culinary demonstrations and networking events. Resources:
