More than 6,000 school nutrition professionals from across the country will gather in San Antonio from July 13-15 to preview new products and healthy menu options for their school cafeterias, share best practices with their colleagues and find solutions to financial, labor and regulatory challenges facing school meal programs. ANC features exhibit booths from nearly 360 companies and partner organizations, 120+ education sessions, culinary demonstrations and networking events.
