New SNA Member Portal: School District Members (SDMs)

Go to the Membership section in the left navigation menu. There you will see your school district membership details including the start and end dates, and a full roster of everyone with an active membership in your SDM.

In the Membership section, scroll down to your active member roster and click the transfer icon next to the person's name. Search for the person you want to transfer the membership to, select their name, click Next, and follow the prompts. Membership transfers happen instantly in the new portal.

Click Invoices in the left navigation menu. You will see a list of all open invoices as well as invoices that have already been paid. To pay an invoice, select it from the list, click Payment, and follow the prompts to enter your payment information.

Log in to the portal and go to the Membership section in the left navigation menu. Click the red Renew link to begin. The portal will walk you through the process step by step.

Yes. The first step of the renewal process gives you the opportunity to update your district address, phone number, or any other information before moving forward. Make your updates and click Next to continue.

Step two of the renewal process is where you manage your roster. From here you can add new members, edit existing members, and remove anyone who is no longer with your district. Click the pencil icon next to a person's name to edit or remove them. To add someone new, click the Add New Member link, enter their information, and click Save. Once your roster is fully updated, click Next to continue.

In step three, you will see your full roster with a dropdown next to each person's name. Click the dropdown to assign or confirm their membership category. For existing members, their categories will already be pre-assigned from the previous renewal. You only need to assign categories for new members you have added.

Yes. Use the Bulk Membership Assign feature. Click the Bulk Membership Assign button, select the membership category you want to assign, check off each person you want to assign it to, and click Save. This is especially helpful when you have several employees in the same category.

Once you have assigned all memberships, you will reach the shopping cart. It gives you a clear breakdown of everything included in your renewal: national membership categories, state memberships, and any processing fees. Review everything there before checking out.

You can pay by credit card by entering your information at checkout. You can also submit a purchase order if your district requires one, which is a new feature in the portal. Simply click the purchase order option, enter your PO number, update any invoice details you need, and click Submit. Your invoice will be generated immediately.

After submitting your purchase order, go back to the home screen and click Invoices in the left navigation menu. Your invoice will be listed there. Click the invoice link and select Download Invoice to save it to your computer so you can submit it for payment.
