New SNA Member Portal: Industry Partners

 Log in to the SNA Portal and click on the “Memberships” link on the navigation menu on the left side of your screen. Click the red “Renew” link on the right side of your screen to start the renewal process. From here, you can update company information, update your member roster (edit/add/remove members), select “Corporate Industry” as your membership type, check out, and pay for your renewal from the “Shopping Cart”.

 Click “Company Profile” in the left navigation menu, then click the Edit link. You can update your company address, phone number, website domain, or any other details. Click Save when you are done.

Click Invoices in the left navigation menu. You will see a list of any open and paid invoices your company has with SNA. Click on any invoice to see a detailed view.

Yes. From the invoice detail view, you can download the invoice directly to your computer or pay it online using the payment link provided on the same page.

Click Organization Members in the left navigation menu. This is your full roster of everyone included in your corporate membership. You can sort the list by clicking the arrow next to any column header, or search for a specific person using the search bar at the top. 

Click the edit icon next to the person's name. In the window that opens, you can update their personal information as well as their role with your company, such as whether they are the primary contact for exhibiting or advertising with SNA. Click Save when done.

Yes. When editing a member's information, you can update their designated role with your company. This includes roles such as the primary contact for exhibiting with SNA, advertising with SNA, and other available designations.  

Yes, after logging into the portal, click Organizational Members on the left navigation menu. From there, click Add New Member. Enter the new member’s information in the window, scroll down and click Save.
