New SNA Member Portal: Individual Members

Go to the Membership section in your left navigation menu. There you will find your membership status, start and end dates, payment information, and your renewal option.

In the Membership section, click the red Renew button and the portal will walk you through the renewal process step by step.

Before moving forward, make sure your contact information, employment information, school district, state, supervisory responsibilities, and relationship type or position are all current and accurate. Take your time here. Getting this right ensures your membership reflects where you are in your career today. 

During the address step, you will see options to select services and products you want to learn more about. This helps SNA send you tailored information that is relevant to your role and interests, so your membership experience is as useful as possible.

You will see membership type options including Director, Manager, and Other. If your role has changed since your last renewal, this is the moment to update your category to make sure your membership accurately reflects your current position.

Yes. During the membership selection step, you will see an option to turn on auto-renewal. Selecting this means your membership will renew automatically each year without needing to go through the process manually.

Yes. From the Membership section you can manage your saved payment methods, view your invoices, and manage your addresses, including selecting a primary address.

Yes. Your invoice history is available in the Membership section of the portal.

Yes. Your certificate and SNS credential information is available in the Membership section. SNA will be releasing a dedicated how-to video covering credentials and committee information in detail, so stay tuned for that resource.
