Due to unprecedented registration numbers for this year’s SNIC and the capacity of the hotel meeting rooms, we are no longer accepting registrations for this meeting. We do usually have at least a handful of cancellations, so if you are interested in adding your name to our SNIC Waiting List, please email SNA Meetings Coordinator Cedrick Hardnett at and he will send you a registration form to complete and add you to the waiting list. If your name moves up the list into an open slot, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note, the SNA Office will be closed for the holidays starting December 25th through January 1st. Therefore, please understand we may not be able to respond to your inquiry until January 5th, at the latest.

Full Registration includes:
Access to all general and educational sessions, Innovation Solution Sessions (FS members only), Industry Education Sessions (Industry members only), Welcome Reception, Networking Luncheon, and Networking Luncheon with Tabletop Showcase. Confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you registered others, each individual will receive his/her own confirmation. If you registered by mail, please allow three weeks for processing.

We’d hate for you to miss the conference, but if you must, cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing by December 8, 2017. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after December 8, 2017 or for NO-SHOWS. If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual within the same organization, provided advance written notice is forwarded to, faxed to (301) 686-3115, or mailed to Cedrick Hardnett, SNA, 120 Waterfront Street, Suite 300, National Harbor, MD 20745. Please provide your name and the individual’s name to whom you are transferring your registration. All transfers must be received by December 8, 2017 and will not be accepted onsite.
