What are you most excited for at SNIC 2017?
I'm excited to meet with all the great professionals in school nutrition for my first SNIC event and in Orlando, Fla.... excited about the location, too!

One fun fact most attendees do not know about you:
Before I attended culinary school I moved to Costa Rica and tried my hand at being a surfer. I ended up working in the coffee plantations and local restaurants to make ends meet and still have a love of the country's food and culture.
