In your opinion, what are three innovative trends that relate to school meal programs?
Increasing student participation using:

  • Alternative points of sale

Give us a sneak peek of SNIC. What session(s) will you be leading?
Applying School Foodservice Innovation to Increase Participation

What are you most excited for at SNIC 2017?
I am looking forward to the great collaboration and idea sharing between industry partners and school foodservice professionals. In addition, I am excited to share the great work I have witnessed and taken part in with districts of varying sizes so that this work can be replicated by those in need.

One fun fact most attendees do not know about you:
I made dinner for First Lady Michelle Obama in my home.
