Accessibility. It’s a big word (and for more reasons than simply because it’s six syllables). It encompasses a whole lot of meaning, particularly when it comes to creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces. Accessibility means ensuring an environment is set up where everyone—both your team members and your customers—are empowered for success regardless of their physical ability and their cognitive or sensory differences.
