SNA Announces Headquarters Staff Realignment


In 2013, SNA launched a Strategic Realignment Project designed to improve the alignment of SNA’s governance, programs and Headquarters organizational structure to meet the priorities of its strategic plan. A project team comprised of SNA’s Board of Directors, senior management and other key stakeholders have been working with Tecker International, LLC, a well-respected association and management consultant, to assess SNA’s programs, services and national staffing to ensure that the Association is appropriately positioned for future growth and success.

As part of this process, SNA has announced a Headquarters Staff Realignment which streamlines the Headquarters staff structure and redirects staff resources to ensure SNA can successfully implement the new Strategic Plan.
