  • Speaking of back to school, consider what the new school year means: For SY2020-21, it doesn’t mean back to normal. Learn how school nutrition teams plan to cope in “It’s a Matter of Mindset.”
  • Even though it’s going to be a strange school year in an even stranger calendar year, make time to celebrate seasonal holidays—they bring a bit of fun and levity to a scary time. Whether you’re serving meals in the cafeteria, in the classroom or at curbside, you can still have a spooky good Halloween celebration—get ideas with “Scary-Good Celebrations.”

Now more than ever, you need information that will instruct and inspire you for the challenges of the upcoming school year.
