LAC Attendees Must Be Vaccinated

LAC 2022 Logo

In accordance with SNA’s Event Health & Safety guidance and local regulations, we are writing to let you know that the District of Columbia has instituted COVID-19 vaccination requirement for indoor spaces, which includes meetings and restaurants. This is a new requirement that was put in place due to the number of COVID-19 cases skyrocketing since we opened registration in late November.

All LAC2022 attendees are now required to submit proof of vaccination to gain entry to the conference. Please note that the ordinance also requires masks to be worn indoors

SNA is using the CLEAR App, used for SNIC and commonly used by airports, to make submitting proof of your vaccination as secure and painless as possible. Registered LAC 2022 attendees will receive an additional email from SNA with specific instructions on submitting your proof of vaccination through CLEAR to obtain a Green Health Pass that you will need to present at LAC 2022 registration check-in at the JW Marriott, the conference hotel.

For more information, please email meetings@schoolnutrition.org.

We have every expectation that the 50th Legislative Action Conference  in Washington, D.C. will continue to be a stellar and engaging event and we are very much looking forward to having you attend to advocate for your school nutrition program. Your support is critical to our efforts.
