Shorter has been employed with PGCP schools for more than 13 years and has more than 25 years of experience working with child nutrition programs. Adam T. Russo is the school nutrition director for the second largest school division in Virginia; Prince William County Public Schools. He has worked in school nutrition for four years, getting his start with Helen Phillips at Norfolk Public Schools and quickly ascending through the ranks. Rodney K. Taylor is the director of Food and Nutrition Services for the Fairfax County Public Schools (FCSP) in Virginia. Taylor has more than 15 years of experience and prior to his employment with FCPS. He was employed as the Director of Nutrition Services for Riverside (Calif.) Unified School District. Reginald A. Ross, SNS, is the southeast regional director for the SNA Board of Directors and was recently elected to a three-year term as the At-Large Director. Ross currently serves as a zone consultant for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, having worked at the State Agency for four and a half years. Gail Koutroubas is a seasoned director with over 30 years of experience directing school nutrition programs. She is the child nutrition director for Andover Public Schools in Massachusetts and oversees a staff of 45 employees and a 2.5-million-dollar budget.
