D+I=? In order to complete the equation, School Nutrition knows the battle is up to us—those at SNA’s staff office, the Board of Directors and, yes, all of you. The March 2018 issue addresses the topic of Diversity + Inclusion (D+I) with a focus on our members. How does your charge policy affect your students? How can we combat cafeteria isolation? How are we, as an Association, fairing when it comes to including those who don’t fit the “mold”? Hear from your peers and discover what more you can learn from them—and look inward to think about what contributions you can make to this important topic.
