Standardize Your Favorite Recipes

Does your team have a favorite recipe they want to try, but you’re not sure how to prepare it consistently for hundreds of students? Need a little assistance with standardizing recipes? Join the ICN’s Culinary Team as they walk you through the Recipe Standardization Process. This session is sure to increase your recipe standardization skills so you can have recipes that produce consistent, high-quality, and most importantly, tasty results. In this two-hour session, you will receive a guided training on best practices and techniques for standardizing recipes to ensure consistent results. You will also receive a brief overview of how to use Team Nutrition’s Food Buying Guide and its Recipe Analysis Workbook (RAW) to credit your recipes.

Start Spreading the News: Change Perceptions and Promote Your School Nutrition Program

Small Districts Writing to Win: Formulating and Writing Foodservice Equipment Specifications
