The Stress Club: Take Your Power Back!

You might be encountering challenges like sending meals home, job security or ordering disruptions…just to name a few. Who knows what to expect beyond COVID. STRESSED!? Maybe you’ve even tried stress-management advice, but it’s not helping. That’s likely because of pressures you don’t realize may affect you. The Stress Club will open your eyes to these unforeseen pressures and teach you how to disconnect from stress in a fresh, new way. This session, based upon Tami’s research, is guaranteed to make you laugh and forever change the way you think about stress!
