The platform SNA is using for its first ever virtual Annual National Conference (ANC) is Swapcard. Some key information you should know, which is also provided in your registration confirmation:

  • Missed the ANC webinar on June 30? The one-hour on demand recording is now available! Learn more about Swapcard and how to navigate your way around this exciting new platform to make the most of your Virtual ANC conference experience!
  • Your personalized email link to access the platform will be sent to you at the end of June, at least two weeks prior to the first day of the conference which will be July 12th.
  • The email you used to register (and to which this email was sent) will be used for your event credentials on Swapcard.
  • The invitation email will be sent from We recommend you work with your IT department to whitelist this email ahead of time to ensure you receive all platform communications.  
  • Once you have access to the platform, you will be able to create your personal profile (areas of interest, district size, etc.), begin exploring the Exhibit Booths and making appointments with exhibitors, peruse the Product Marketplace, select your favorite Education & Training sessions and add them to your schedule, and see who you might want to connect with virtually….all of this in order to make the most of your experience!

Cancellations & Schedule Changes

Please ensure you have read SNA’s Virtual Code of Conduct so you understand the expectations of all those participating in our virtual meetings and conferences.

Virtual Event Code of Conduct

Circumstances beyond SNA’s control—weather, technical difficulties, or last-minute cancellations by program participants (speakers, presenters)—may necessitate changes in the scheduling or presentation of events and/or programs or even cancellation of a particular scheduled event or speaker. SNA cannot be responsible in any way to any conference attendee for any disappointment, inconvenience or “loss” caused by such an eventuality. Check the online conference platform for last minute updates.

Terms & Conditions

The School Nutrition Association’s (SNA) Virtual Annual National Conference (ANC) is open only to professionals (current or retired) working in school nutrition programs in the K-12 school food service segment, industry representatives serving that segment, professionals administering child nutrition programs at the state and federal level, and stakeholders who support child nutrition programs across the country. Registration is required for participation. SNA reserves the right to exclude any unauthorized persons and persons whose conduct is inappropriate or interferes with any ANC activity from the conference platform, sessions, lounges, and Exhibit Hall.

  • Registration and participation in SNA’s virtual ANC constitute an agreement by the registrant for SNA to provide your information to other attendees and exhibitors on the online platform.
  • The online platform does give you the ability to “hide” your profile if you choose to do so at any time.
  • SNA may take photographs, or video recordings of ANC activities, which may include the likeness or participation of attendees, and reproduce them in future educational, news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the SNA website and its social media channels. Attendance at ANC constitutes a waiver and release any claims against SNA and its employees, members, and representatives, as well as granting SNA permission to make, use, and distribute such items, without payment or compensation.

By registering for ANC21, you agree to abide by SNA’s Virtual Event Code of Conduct.

Refunds will be made if you notify SNA Headquarters you are unable to attend prior to the start of the conference on July 12th. You may submit your cancellation request via email to No refunds will be made on requests for cancellation received after July 12th or for NO-SHOWS. Refunds and/or credits will be issued 30 days AFTER the conference.

Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may transfer their registration to another individual within the same organization, provided advance written notice is emailed to or faxed to (508) 743-9619. Please provide your name and the individual’s name whom you are transferring your registration. All transfers must be received by July 1, 2021.

Accessibility & Special Needs

SNA is committed to enabling participation in all meeting activities to the extent reasonably possible and as required by law. To discuss or notify SNA about your access needs, please email no later than June 15, 2021.

References within the conference platform or during the conference to any products, services or expressed ideas do not constitute or imply their endorsement by SNA.

Anti-Harassment Policy

SNA is committed to creating and maintaining a harassment-free environment for all participants in the Association’s activities, including ANC. All attendees, employees, contractors, vendors, and guests are expected to engage in mutually respectful behavior and to preserve SNA’s standards of professionalism at all times.

SNA Non-Endorsement Policy

SNA does not permit its name, logo, or written materials to be copied, republished, excerpted, hypertext-linked to a website or otherwise used for any commercial purpose, including advertising, or to suggest any endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship of any third-party product or service, without the prior written permission of SNA. Accordingly, no entity or individual may, in any written, verbal, or electronic communication, including but not limited to press releases, promotional materials, advertisements, articles, videotapes, emails, telephone calls or face-to-face discussions, state or imply in any way that SNA has endorsed, recommended, approved, sponsored, or taken any other position regarding any product or service without SNA’s prior written consent.

Antitrust Policy Statement

It is the policy of SNA and the responsibility of every Association member and participating industry organization to comply in all respects with federal and state antitrust laws. No activity or discussion at any Association meeting or other function may be engaged in for the purpose of bringing about any understanding or agreement among members that may violate or appear to violate the antitrust laws, including but not limited to raise, lower, or stabilize prices; to regulate production; to allocate markets; to encourage boycotts; to foster unfair trade practices; to assist monopolization; or to in any way violate federal or state antitrust laws. Any questions regarding the meaning or applicability of this policy, as well as any concerns regarding activities or discussions at SNA meetings (whether virtual or in-person), should be promptly brought to the attention of SNA’s Executive Office.
