Attendee Info & Tips

Getting to Your Hotel
There are several options from and to the St. Louis Airport: taxis, Ubers, Lyft, onsite shuttle companies and limos, rental cars, Light Rail (MetroLink) and ADA/Medical transportation.

  • Taxis are located outside Exit Door 14 for Terminal 1 and Exit Door 12 for Terminal 2. Estimated taxi fare is approximately $40.
  • Ubers and Lyft can be requested from the airport and rates range from $7 to $20, depending on the vehicle/service. Ride app pickup zones are: T1 – Exit 6 (ticketing level); T2 – Exit 15.
  • Light Rail (MetroLink) is about $3.50. Please go to the MetroLink web site for more information: http://www.metrostlouis.org/system-maps.

Hotel Information & Shuttles
All conference-related activities will be held in the America’s Center Convention Complex. SNA has contracted with 15 hotels this year to hold blocks of rooms for our attendees. The majority of the hotels are within walking distance. However, for those that are not we will be providing shuttle service between the America’s Center and the SNA official hotels. A map of the downtown area, with the SNA hotels and shuttle routes identified can be found here. Detailed information on the shuttle schedule, pick-up/drop-off locations, can be found here.

Tax Exemption: Hotels do not honor tax exemptions.

Credit Card Authorization: School districts paying hotel expenses by credit card must contact the hotel for credit card authorization form and fax completed form to hotel two weeks prior to arrival.

Registration & Badge Pick-Up
SNA will again have two satellite registration desks: one will be in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the other will be in the lobby of the Hilton by the Ballpark. These registration desks are intended for those who just need to pick up their badge and materials. Any more complicated requests, changes to registration, or the ability to register on-site will need to be done at the registration area at the America’s Center. These satellite registration desks are provided so that those who just need to pick up their materials do not need to make their way over the convention center before it is necessary to do so. The satellite registration desks will be open during the same times as the registration at the America’s Center Friday through Sunday. They will not be open on Monday or Tuesday.

ANC Mobile App
SNA’s 2019 ANC Mobile App is the best way to stay connected while on-site in St. Louis. The mobile app is also the ideal way to plan your time while at ANC. Features of the app include: building your own agenda, evaluating education sessions, floorplans of the convention center and Exhibit Hall, the ability to message attendees and join discussion groups and also to receive up-to-date schedule changes and program alerts. The app can be downloaded in Apple iTunes or Google Play – search for “SNA Events.”
