Best of #ANC18: PLEASE Stop Working On Your Weaknesses!

On Wednesday, September 26, 2018, 2:00 pm ET

As presented at #ANC18, this leadership session webinar makes the concept of “working in your strength zone” practical and simple to understand and implement. We have all be told that we should work to improve in the areas of our weaknesses. In this leadership session, attendees learn why this might not be the most effective strategy for themselves or their teams. They will gain some insight to identify their strengths as well as the strengths of others and be empowered to pour energy into the activities that can yield the greatest return.

Successful completion of the webinar and quiz is awarded 1 SNA CEU, or 1 CPEU for RDs/DTRs.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify your strengths and potential strengths of team members.
