Develop and implement a successful Strategic Plan.

I believe it is the responsibility of all SNA board and committee members to increase the number of applicants for national leadership positions by encouraging members with leadership abilities to consider their potential to be a national committee member or an SNA board member. My goal is not only to increase applications for SNA National Leadership but to also increase state membership numbers so we can reach 60,000 members!

Provide financial assistance to state association leaders to support their continued success as they work to meet their goals in coordination with SNA.

GOALS:
Provide support to Regional Directors. Create a network of support for Regional Directors that they can utilize within their regions. A tool that includes resources, best practices, and contacts that Regional Directors can use to help the states within their region. A favorite part of my position with my district and within all the positions I held with Oregon SNA was helping others and providing support. I enjoy helping others; I enjoy sharing best practices and feel that I am good at problem solving and can help Regional Directors as they need it.

I love School Nutrition Magazine and would love an opportunity to assist in finding content. I think the magazine is an effective way to share best practices, innovative ideas, and practical tools to our membership.

Assist Regional Directors with helping our states implement the strategic plan. Give support where needed, provide ideas, and help our state associations meet their goals annually.
