Have an SNA National Leader present at your next state conference!

SNA policy provides for SNA National Board members to attend 12 state affiliate meetings every year at SNA national’s expense. This means, a state affiliate can have an in-person visit every four (4) years from an SNA Board member.

SNA will resume in-person state visits in March 2022 according to the schedule below. If your state meeting is occurring before March 2022, a board member can participate virtually.

  2. Request the SNA National Leader
Submit the SNA National Leadership Visitation Request Form to SNA headquarters. Ideally, put in the request at least 6 months before the event so we can coordinate schedules. If you wait too long, an SNA National Leader may not be available to attend!
  3. Coordinate Logistics with SNA
Submit the SNA National Leadership Visitation Logistics Form so SNA headquarters can make sure your guest knows where they need to be, and when. Ideally, share this information at least 2-3 months in advance so flights can be booked.
  4. Host the Leader
The event has arrived! We’re looking forward to hearing how it went.
  5. Provide Feedback
Provide feedback to SNA about the visit. We want to hear how it went, so we can adjust for the future or tell the National Leader what a great job they did!
