For security purposes, each person must present identification in order to receive your registration packet and will not be allowed to pick-up another attendee’s registration packet. In addition, please note badges must be worn during the conference hours for admittance to the pre-conference, education and general sessions, as well as social events. Anyone without a SNIC 2016 badge will be asked to register for the conference. To reprint a lost badge, there will be a fee of $5.00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
CANCELLATIONS & SCHEDULE CHANGES
Circumstances beyond SNA's control—weather, transportation difficulties or last-minute cancellations by program participants (speakers, presenters)—may necessitate changes in the scheduling or presentation of events and/or programs or even cancellation of a particular scheduled event or speaker. SNA cannot be responsible in any way to any conference attendee for any disappointment, inconvenience or "loss" caused by such an eventuality.
Attendance or participation in SNA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the attendee for SNA's use and distribution of the attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes taken during the conference.
ATTENDING HAS ITS REWARDS!
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
SNA CEUs are aligned with USDA Professional Standards’ required annual training. All SNIC attendees who attend the full conference will earn CEUs toward SNA’s Certificate Program, the SNS Credential renewal and USDA Professional Standards.
A tracking grid will be provided at Registration for attendees to track CEUs and training taken at SNIC. For your convenience (and where applicable), the bonus session, general sessions and education sessions will be coded to correspond with USDA’s Professional Standards Learning Topics. The training tracking grid also will be available electronically to SNIC attendees on SNA’s website.
SNA is committed to making all SNIC activities accessible to all attendees. For special needs, including dietary for events serving food/beverages, please email SNA Meetings Specialist Nita Artis at email@example.com.
DISCLAIMER OF ENDORSEMENT
Reference herein or during the conference to any products, services or expressed ideas does not constitute or imply its endorsement or recommendation by SNA.
