Spread Love This Month with SNA’s STEPS Challenge

Your SNA STEPS Challenge program is all about feeling better! When you set a goal of living a healthier lifestyle, everything you do toward achieving that goal is positive momentum in the right direction. It’s a loving thing you can do for yourself.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, February’s STEPS challenge invites you to spread good feelings all around you. Do something nice for someone you barely know or a cherished love one! Offer a compliment to the checkout clerk, call an old friend, write a card praising a co-worker or cook dinner for your spouse. When you do nice things for others, you feel better about yourself! A spirit of positivity multiples!

You’ll earn 10 points for every act of kindness or friendly gesture you accomplish in February. Use the downloadable tracking sheet to tally your points in the monthly calendar; when you earn 50 points, you can submit your points online to be entered in the prize drawing.
