SNA Submits Comments on Proposed Rule for CACFP Meal Pattern Changes


Today, the School Nutrition Association (SNA) submitted comments regarding The Proposed Rule for Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP): Meal Pattern Revisions Related to the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010. SNA’s comments centered on ensuring streamlined guidance and simplicity to not drive away participants and ensure all those involved are able to easily comply, as well as addressing the unique operational differences between SFAs that administer CACFP and other organizations.
