Today is Giving Tuesday: Join the Global Giving Movement

2016-11-29

Today is the day! Today is Giving Tuesday, the day in which individuals from around the world come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give back. At the School Nutrition Foundation (SNF), we celebrate Giving Tuesday with SNA members who are making a difference every day by encouraging support of the Annual Fund. By taking advantage of this opportunity to give back and making an online donation to the Annual Fund, you are helping men and women like you who provide nourishment to America’s school children. You are Feeding Bodies, Fueling Minds™.

How can you be a part of today’s Giving Tuesday celebration? Here are a few simple ideas:

  • Consider making a donation to the Foundation.
  • Help us get the word out on social media by visiting us on Facebook and Twitter, and by using the hashtags #GivingTuesday and #schoollunch.
  • Take an #UNselfie using one of our SNF banners and share with friends via your social media pages. Encourage them to follow your example and make a contribution and ask them to spread the word, too.

NEW THIS YEAR! To encourage participation, AccuTemp and its employees will donate $20 for every new donor who makes a contribution today. If you have not made a contribution in 2014 or 2015, and make a contribution of $10 or more today… your gift will mean an additional $20 for the Foundation!

Make today count by joining in on the global giving movement! Make your donation before midnight tonight!
